Jenney Floyd

Keynote Speaker
RN, Founder of Next Level Nursing
I am a Registered Nurse. 10 years experience in SICU and ER. I’ve been charge nurse, team lead, preceptor. Blah blah blah, right? I’m a great nurse. Actually, I’m a fantastic nurse, but I spent the last year hating my job. I LOVED being a nurse, hated my job. So I made changes. And I learned some things along the way. And made a solid decision that I was not going to spend another second unhappy in my career. And that has been fantastic. I am laser focused on the next level of my nursing career.

Edi Matsumoto

Former Nurse Practitioner, Artist, Entrepreneur, Coach, Author, and Speaker
Meet Our Education Director, Carli Pugh!

I started my healthcare career in the Emergency Room in 2008 as a tech then obtained my BSN in 2010. I stayed in the ER for 13 years, where I served various roles including bedside nurse, management, and educator and earned my MSN in Leadership. I switched to Hospice Nursing in 2022 for that work-life balance I had heard so much about. I have had and continue to seek opportunities to implement various process improvement projects and collaborate at educational events with a simple goal to make the world a little better of a place for both patients AND nurses. I believe in empowering nurses to be involved in improvement, growth, and self-care as the frontline to patient care through evidence-based education, transformational leadership, and active advocacy for ourselves and our patients.

Anisah Mohamed
_edited_edited.jpg)
After 20+ years as a healthcare practitioner and medical device marketing and sales executive, I knew that dancing to the beat of the corporate drum was draining me more than it was fulfilling me. So I transitioned into medical aesthetics for the freedom and opportunity I was missing. And like you, I took all the clinical courses I thought I needed.
But I found a major gap in the industry. No one was talking about the business acumen and personal development we needed. And I saw a lot of aesthetic providers at a standstill — unable to grow into the vision they had for themselves. So, I decided to fill the Anisah-sized hole in the market and created The Aesthetic Loft.
